i booked two rooms and one of the rooms flush was not working. even after complaining thrice, the issue didnt resolve and the hotel was least bothered.

I recently stayed at Emblem Hotel from March 16th to March 17th, and I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the rooms and facilities. The water quality in the bathroom was unacceptable—on both mornings, the water was pale, with a strong stench, making it impossible to use. This significantly impacted my stay, and I was unable to sleep due to the discomfort. Despite escalating the issue to your team, there was no resolution provided. I have attached a video showing the poor water quality, which is entirely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that aims to provide a comfortable stay for its guests. I expect a prompt response and an explanation of how such issues are being addressed.

It had been a great and comfortable experience staying here. The rooms are spacious and in great shape with all requirements . The staff and Service is great, food is awesome and location is easily accessible. All my queries and requests were resolved in time. Rating from my side would be 10/10 and 100% recommend staying here.
